Friends
- Jessica
Perry Hekman
- Frank,
my Best Friend of longest standing. I sure wish we didn't
live 450 miles away from each other. At least there's always
the Internet.
Frank and I have known each other since the summer of 1979.
Since then, we've watched and argued over hundreds of hours of
TV and countless movies, and read and dissected thousands of
books. Frank has a Masters' in English Lit, but he's been
turning into a true geek lately.
- deborah. A
true geek, and a wonderful person.
- Allen. See also
here.
- Aram
Adishian. At one point, he was my only on-site coworker
(he's since moved back to NYC).
- Jon Lawrence,
one of my roommates from college. He's an incorrigible
punster (I try not to incorrige him), but he's also one of the
kindest souls on the planet.
- Eric Fadel.
A good friend from Buffalo (I met him through Frank). Definitely
several standard deviations from the mean of any distribution
you care to name. He definitely has trouble with DOS-vs.-Unix
directory separators -- his web site keeps being littered with
'\' characters instead of '/', which basically messes it up.
He's a Windoze user, but I like him anyway.
- Cana McCoy. Cana
is a fellow expatriate Western New Yorker, though she doesn't
seem to have the virulent hatred for the area that I do.
- Kevin Lyda. A
big big freak, he roomed with
Jessica for
quite a while. He spent several years going to college in
Buffalo (poor lad). He lived in Dublin for many years, and
was living in Galway last I heard.
